Can you believe the most fun summer holiday is coming up so soon?? I am already making plans! They involve this adorable swimsuit (#2) at the beach, and a hot dog at some point. Nothing says 4th of July than a hot dog off the grill, am I right? May as well throw in a burger too. And a pina colada while we’re at it!
I’ve rounded up lots of red, white, and blue for YOU, below!
1.) This adorable wrap dress. I don’t know what it is or where it came from but I suddenly think wrap dresses are the most flattering style! Doesn’t hurt that they are also playful and adorable, too. This one is around $55 and would be perfect for work or for a bbq with neutral sandals.
2.) I picked up this swimsuit over the weekend, that comes with a separate but matching bottom, without trying it on-it was that cute. I’m really loving crochet detail on a swimsuit lately. Needless to say once I got home I threw it on and instantly fell in love. I will definitely be wearing it for the Fourth! (with my hot dog/s)
3.) I’m also really into red lately too. I think it’s the footloose and fancy free-ness that comes with summer, and all things bright, like the sun? Does that even make sense? Ha! Anyway, easy breezy tanks like this are just what you need to throw on and go. The cute tie detail just gives it a little something something.
4.) Jumpsuits are in right now in case you haven’t noticed, and especially cropped ones like this! The color says black online, but it looks like a dark blue to me-it’s still a win!
5.) If you want to be the most patriotic at your pool party then I highly suggest scooping up this flag one-piece swimsuit! You’ll have everyone saluting you all day.
6.) A good pair of boyfriend shorts in a lighter wash are good to have all summer long. These are on SALE right now at one of my favorite come-back retailers, for just $29! Run to grab a pair and wear them with the red tank (#3!).
7.) Slides are also a new trend this year, and can you blame anyone? You just slide them on and go. They’re easier than a flip-flop, if one can imagine that! The fun bow detail and bright pop of red are perfect with the pool, the bbq, and the grocery store run to grab all the hot-dogs. Wear them white a white tee, or even the jumpsuit .
8.) A pair of rose gold sunglasses. Feel fancy in these, and footloose too while you’re at it, why not! I’m loving the shape and style of them, and they’re only $12! Go ahead and grab two, in case one gets lost at the pool. They also come in silver.
9.) I am in LOVE with this swimsuit print. It’s the best take on a red, white, and blue option, in my opinion! It also comes in a super fun cross neck one-piece as well, but it’s not sold in stores or online, according to the website. (Hmmm so where else could it be sold??)
10.) Last, with all the fun in the sun you’ll be having make sure to apply lots of sunscreen and block the sun’s damaging rays from your face! This white hat is a stunner and a blocker-win, win, in my book!
